Once you place an order, our dedicated team works diligently to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, providing transparency and eliminating any surprises.

We ship world-wide. BlueLotus will ensure that it ships all its products via reliable shipping partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, UPS etc.

For orders within India, Blue Lotus offers free shipping for orders that are priced above Rs.2000/-. All taxes and duties are included (for shipment within India) in the product's price listed on our website.

For international shipments, shipping costs will be calculated as per location and weight/volume of the order. Import Duties will be extra for international shipment.

You will receive a confirmation email with estimated delivery date, tracking number and a link to our courier company so that you can track your order effortlessly.

For domestic orders, you can expect delivery within 3-5 business days from the time of dispatch. International orders may take a bit longer - typically 7 to 14 business days. Please note that these time-frames are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and any custom procedures.

If the customer prefers that we ship the product through their shipping carrier of choice, then Blue Lotus will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.

Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or on national holidays.

Due to rare and unforeseen reasons, we may not be able to send your shipment. In such cases, the customer will be offered an alternate option, store credit or full refund.

Delivery time may vary and depends on the shipping address/location or other factors such as problematic coverage areas, extreme weather conditions, etc. Also, if there is a significant delay in your shipment due to us experiencing a high volume of orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.
