Damages and issues
Returns/exchanges are honored ONLY in case of defective or damaged products. Before the parcel leaves our location, it is thoroughly checked by our quality control team. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email (blotus.help@gmail.com) if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice number, order number etc) and a video of the package being opened. Customer needs to share product images/video with valid reasons in the email.
Refund Details/Shipping Address
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Also, the customer will be responsible to bear costs of the return shipment. To return the product(s), you should ship to BlueLotus Boutique, 21/B, Motilal Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500016.
Process
After the product is received and inspected at our end, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 1 week. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing refunds.
In case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement is not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order AND if product is not already shipped from our location.
Exclusions
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or gift cards cannot be refunded.
BlueLotus reserves the right to approve/disapprove the refund and/or change its policies without notice at its discretion.
